  2. Ship the item back to us (you cover return shipping)
  3. Once we receive it, we process your refund

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned without original packaging are subject to a partial refund (70% of the purchase price).

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, we are unable to process cancellation requests.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 2-4 business days for your bank to process the refund.
