120-Day Warranty Policy

At Aurobrands, we are committed to delivering products that meet high standards of quality and durability. To support this commitment, we offer a 120-Day Limited Warranty on all eligible items, effective from the date of delivery.

What the Warranty Covers:

This warranty applies to any manufacturing defects or malfunctions that occur under normal, intended use. If a product is confirmed to be defective within the 120-day period, Aurobrands will provide a replacement unit at no additional cost.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or accidents

  • Water or impact damage (unless otherwise specified in the product description)

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Lost or stolen items

Important: This Is Not a Refund Policy

The 120-Day Warranty does not entitle the customer to a refund. It is strictly a replacement policy. If a product is found to be defective, we will issue a replacement unit. Refunds will not be provided under this warranty.

How to File a Warranty Claim:

  1. Email us at aurobrands.info@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. Attach clear short VIDEO showing the defect.

  3. Our support team will respond within 48 hours with further instructions.

Additional Terms:

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Products must be used as intended and in accordance with all product instructions to remain eligible under this policy.
